Before You Visit:

How to communicate with the studio:

Our preferred form of communication is email. You may contact the studio with inquiries at contact@syreetacfashion. 

You may elect to call or text at 240.473.3990 during business hours. Most of our time is spent with clients and at the sewing machine so please leave a voicemail if necessary.

Do you need to contact us in advance before booking? Not at all!* 

Our consultations are designed to provide adequate time to exchange ideas and information, plan the outline of your commission, and more. You can book directly here.

*Please note estimated work times on our booking site. If you require expedited services, please email in advance. 

If you are interested in pricing or more information before booking, please send an email including the following: garment type & quantity, event type, event date/anticipated deadline, budget, & inspiration reference.

However, be advised that accurate quotes can only be determined after a full consultation.

During Your Commission:

APPOINTMENTS: 

There is a 10-minute grace period before you are considered tardy. Clients are responsible for communicating delays. After this grace period, there is a risk of your appointment being rescheduled or canceled.

NO CALL - NO SHOW:

Delays over 20 minutes past your appointment start time you will be considered a no-call-no-show. Syreeta C | Fashion does not assume responsibility for delays in the garment construction process due to missed or rescheduled appointments.

COMMISSION RESERVATIONS:

Consultations do not guarantee a commission reservation. Commissions begin only once an invoice deposit is paid in full. Syreeta C | Fashion does not assume responsibility for delays in the garment construction process due to lapse in payment. Orders may be removed from the studio queue and can only be reinstated with appropriate payment. Because our studio workload fluctuates, please be advised that reinstatements may require adjusted delivery times. Late balance payments are subject to fees. Aging invoices and orders are subject to forfeiture or closure starting 30 days after payment lapse and/or service completion, including alterations.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS:

For order cancellation, payments will be refunded less a cancellation fee + expense for special order material sourced. Cancellation fees vary by order size and progress. 

After Your Visit:

REFUNDS:

Syreeta C | Fashion services are non-refundable. Try-ons at Garment Delivery are highly suggested. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please communicate before departure, so that options may be discussed. Additional fees may apply. Client accepts responsibility for electing to waive Garment Delivery try-on or change in perspective after Garment Delivery.

PHOTO:

On occasion, Syreeta C | Fashion may take photos of your garments for portfolio purposes. We may post behind-the-scenes of the crafting process, but it is generally obscure. You may receive correspondence after your Garment Delivery or event date with a final photo request. We love featuring how looks come together! However, if you have privacy concerns, please let us know. Respecting our clients is very important to the studio!

Everything in our studio is custom so it’s hard to cover every specific detail. If there’s any question or concern that goes outside the scope of this general list, feel free to send an email!
